To withdraw funds from EXMO the confirmation of your withdrawal is sent to the mailbox linked to your account. To confirm the withdrawal, you must click on the link in the message.
If you have initiated withdrawal, but there is no confirmation letter:
- Check all folders of your mailbox, including "Promotions", "Spam" as well as the spam filter settings in your mailbox. Withdrawal confirmation messages are sent from the following address: email@example.com.
- In case there is no letter in any of the mailbox folders, you can re-sent it. To re-sent the letter you need:
- Go to the Finance section and scroll the page down to Transaction History;
- Click on Send opposite the unconfirmed withdrawal.
- If you haven’t received letter within 10 minutes after resending, please contact EXMO Support. To create a request to EXMO Support click on Submit Request in the upper right corner of the page and point out the reason.
