To clarify the reasons of such a blocking, please contact the EXMO Support from the mailbox linked to your account (email address you used for registering your account on EXMO).
Afterwards, create a request to EXMO Support by clicking on Submit Request in the upper right corner of the page. Please provide the following information in your request:
- reason of the request;
- your user name (login) and EXMO e-mail.
Where necessary, provide additional information upon Support request.
